07/20/2001 Entry: "Bombers Lost"

Hey,
It so happened that, unfortunately, the Bomber's lost by three points to the Montreal Alouettes tonight. Which, generally, isn't a bad thing at all, as Montreal is quite a good team, one of the damn best teams in the league. So, the Bomber's faired well against them, and I'm sure the fan's aren't too disappointed.
Work was slack...

The first few hours went by so fast... actually, up to and including my second break, which was at 8:30, the calls went by so quick, as did the day. However, after 8:45, things _really_ slowed down, and I could hardly keep my eyes open... though I certainly did -- there's this nice gal sitting near me, and we had a lot to talk about during lunch and later in the evening, I showed her how to log out -- she was stuck at the "show" command.
She's a bit young, though, I think... she'd be a great friend, by far... she is nice...

I hope Val calls me this weekend, we shoudl be getting together for coffee... I want to see her so bad.
