08/24/2001 Entry: "Another Hot Friday"

I helped out Lindy today, by bringing her to Ipsos-Reid so she could apply (and add me as a referrer :=) Her and I also checked out a few places, including the CanWest Global Offices on the 31st floor (yes, the thirty-first floor!) of the TD Building. That was VERY high up.
And, OOOSH, it was a hot day today.

Val didn't call me or e-mail me today, but I still feel different about it. Though I worry a bit for her health and welfare all the time, I know in my heart the reason she didn't e-mail me was because she couldn't. And, sure enough, when I got home, she had apparently called me (Darrel took the message... he THINKS it was her...) So, I can rest easy that she'll get a hold of me when she can.
