09/26/2001 Entry: "BeZilla"

Hehehe. I'm using BeZilla, the Mozilla (a.k.a. Netscape) port from Win32 to the BeOS Platform. On the most part, everything works fine -- html rendering is ... well... alright. Buttons and Controls (like text menues, buttons, and the like) are quite weird, and fonts are rather heavy. But, it definitly beats using NetPositive (which only supports HTML 3 code, or worse), and it DEFINITLY beats BeOpera. Val and I had a good day. I'm glad to know that she can relax, rest, and feel at peace in my company. Though, taking a visit to the place she was staying (I had mentioned it before) turned out for the worst, though the most damage was done to Val in a deep, emotional way. I can only be as supportive as I can, though.

She's doing respite work, though, and she called me from there and she sounded at first like earlier, then later having a grand time. I hope that through our faith and love, she may learn a few ways that work for her, to gain a tighter grasp on the NOW and not the THEN. Though, I do not blame her -- she's been through a LOT. Again, I can only be there for her, love her as much as I can, and pray that the strength she once had will all come back to her.

pptthh, my mom didn't call. I need to get sandles before the weather gets too cold. At the Forks with Val, I took of my shoes and my socks, and my feet were SOOOOO happy. Sigh... i want to feel like that again soon!
