Hey,
For the past three days, I've been working at SR&J Group. This is great! Everything is nice and professional, yet many of the employees are quite happy working there too! Their turn-over rate for the last year was 70% -- which is VERY GOOD compared to Convergys, with their 40% turn-over rate. What I am doing for the company is acting as a Sales Professional for their NewPower client. NewPower offers natural gas services to residences of the prevoiusly regulated Atlanta, GA area. Now that this area is deregulated, AGL (Atlanta Gas and Light) has to offer the gas lines to other companies who wish to provide gas services. NewPower is one of these.

What I do is call up people in the area, discuss with them the benefits of NewPower, and how this can relate to amazing savings. Where AGL currently offers $0.74/therme, NewPower can offer $0.62/therme. This is due to the strategic alliance NewPower has with their gas supplier -- Enron. Val is doing alright, I think, in Guelph. I don't remember if I discussed the changes that will be happening there -- that she is on a four-week ED program, and will be later attending six weeks in the Trauma Ward... I think I discussed this. Anyway, Val is on phase two-of-four, which allows her a lot more time off of the ward, a meal unsupervised, and e-mail access. I hope she e-mail's me soon.
