06/23/2003 Entry: "Job at Envirotest"

Wow!

I received a call this morning, requsting that I come in to fill out some paperwork and orientation at EnviroTest Laboratories, a company which I interviewed for a few months ago. The pay is great, the hours are divine, and the best part, I'm employed!!

Of special note, I used Winnipeg Transit's NaviGO system to plan out my trip, and what an incredible piece of work this thing is. You have to check it out if you use the transit bus.

I still wonder what I'm going to do about a few things... but this is 90% good news!!

The first thing is, this is a temporary position, running from now until about December. I'd rather have a long term position in something I like, like The Fido Kiosk or Staples Business Depot, both which are permanent positions.

The second is, Bible Camp is June 7th - 11th, and I wont be able to attend if I start right away.

I'll need God's wisdom to figure out how to arrange both concerns and relate them to my new position, in which I really need the money. BAAAD. Lord help me!
