If you enter your place of worship and, about to make an offering, you suddenly remember a grudge a friend has against you, abandon your offering, leave immediately, go to this friend and make things right. Then and only then, come back and work things out with God.

"Or say you're out on the street and an old enemy accosts you. Don't lose a minute. Make the first move; make things right with him. After all, if you leave the first move to him, knowing his track record, you're likely to end up in court, maybe even jail.

I restored a friendship with Jo-Ann today...

The Lord put on my heart: "Consider your friend Jo-Ann. You haven't spoke for over a year and a half, and when you were speaking last, it wasn't on good terms." So in the last few days, I had been calling her. For, you see, I did not know what had happened between her and Josh, last I heard they were seperated. Upon praying, I now realize that they are still together (PTL!), and that Jo-Ann would like to restore the very special friendship we had before I had moved in with her.

So, Wednesday night after worship team practice, I called her, we chatted until 10:30pm, when i walked to her place, we spoke some more (up until 5:30am!!) and our friendship is reconciled. It was pretty late, but I felt it was important to do so, to not let the heaviness remain.
