04/22/2004 Entry: "Good Melissa Days"

The last few days have been good Melissa days. That is, her and I have had a lot of dialog, some good laughs and definitely a lot of good energy exchange. This comes at a good time; the last few weeks have not only been 12-hour working days, but I haven't seen much of her.

We're also e-mailing at work, I'm asking a lot of technical questions, and she's answering them.

I hope for things to pick up soon; she may not be here for very long...

She's going on vacation for the month of May, not just for sightseeing in Halifax, Nova Scotia, but to scope out education at Dalhousie University, and apartments. She has plans on completing her Master's Degree in Limnology (or, she already has that, and she's seeking a Master's in Oceanology...) She plans on moving there in about two years, and I'm not sure yet how long she'd be gone.

Which brings me back to memories of that day, when she just came down and sat with me outside and we talked. I hadn't known who she was or even her name for the whole few weeks after that.

Anyhow, we shared a common interest regarding living and working on the ocean...

Please Lord, Please. I want this woman!
