This weather is perfect!
10 - 15°C, windy, large bright sun, not too warm, and you can hear the wind in the trees. Ahh -- this is my bliss.
Reminds me of when Val and I first met for the second time.

So I went with a select group of New Hope members to St. Benedicts Centre for a one-day retreat, learning Leadership Development. A Leader is a person who influences others to action.
Took the DISC Personality Profile along with added material to determine my spiritual gifts.I am a 4C -type leader (Cautious) which bascially means I'm rather diplomatic, concerned with rights and concerns of others, etc. Best careers include Quality Assurance Inspector (!!!). My spiritual gifts are Helps, Knowledge, Wisdom, others.
My hearts-desire is to share with others, to give new perspective. [more]
