I found this quit smoking document on the Internet, but it's MUCH more than that. It has information about drugs available, as well as "cold turkey" information and tips. My mom reads my journal, so I'm sure she'll want to view the page right away.

In not-so-little words, I've learned that walking in Truth with God is not a relationship which you just KNOW things have to be this way or that way, but knowing that they are like that, because God loves you, and you should love God. It is the loving relationship that brings you closer to God, and I have learend that I was in err. It's happened, it's really happened -- I've become a nut for Christian music. Even though the selection of music played and praised at the Promise Keepers Conference that Gerry so generiously paid for me to go to was limited, I love those songs the best. And, I hear so many different other songs I recognize too. I'm no longer a death-metal, R&B, Rap, Trance music fan, but a Christian music fan. [more]
