Woo-hoo. I got a 91 NWPM score on this really neat and FREE Career Step Free Typing Test. This is, by far, one of the best online typing tests I've found, and I believe it is quite accurate. grin Or maybe I'm just glad about my score :) [more]

Yesterday, I went with Val to see the Blue Rodeo Concert at the Walker theatre. My mom is so jealous. The show was VERY good. I had loved Blue Rodeo a bit before, through my mother and through Val, but seeing them LIVE was a good experience. Val and I also had a TERRIFIC day that day, and all day today too! [more]

It's Odd... though Jo-Ann has all the book smarts, all the artistic talent, and all the budget/balance skills, I've only received good advice from Josh. It's odd too -- he loses the casual swears, he loses the odd behaviour, and I hear the voice of a great teacher, a noble leader, and a knowledgable reverend. And, you'd NEVER guess the pure genius that he comes up with. [more]

Back to regular journal-entry, I've read this article on OS Opinion, entitled Why Bill Gates is Smiling. Unlike most of Os Opinion's articles, this one is long enough to keep the reader interested, but fact-full enough to go away having thought about LIFE for a second or two. Good insight. [more]
